This was the eleventh year of the World Naked Bike Ride, a protest against car culture and global oil dependency.
As it did last year, 2015′s World Naked Bike Ride began at 2:30pm with nude riders departing from six starting points around city including Hyde Park, Regent’s Park, King’s Cross, Clapham Junction, West Norwood and Tower Hill before joining up and finishing near Wellington Arch, Hyde Park corner.
The protesters took to the streets of London baring as much as they dare in an attempt to get their message across about creating a cleaner future. Some of the riders decided to cover up by wearing underwear or amusing costumes.
Messages including “less gas more ass” and “Burn bras not fuel” were either painted on bodies or signs to promote cycling as an alternative to car transport.
